- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice
- Custom designs require advance payment and specific timelines

Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Gold prices fluctuate daily and will be confirmed at the time of purchase
- Payment must be made in full before delivery
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards
- Custom orders require 50% advance payment
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with original receipt
- Items must be in original condition with all tags and certificates
- Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective
- Engraved items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing error
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges allowed within 15 days of purchase
- Size adjustments available for rings and bangles
- Exchange value based on current gold rates
- Additional charges may apply for upgrades
Warranty and Certification
- All gold jewellery comes with purity certification
- Diamond jewellery includes authenticity certificates
- Manufacturing defects covered for 6 months from purchase
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
- Free cleaning and polishing for the first year
